Product Overview
This product is a high-molecule antibacterial masterbatch, mainly used for PP, PE, PA fibers, and plastic products, providing them with high-efficiency antibacterial and antiviral functions.
Product Appearance
The product is a uniformly light-yellow granule with a smooth surface and no visible difference in color.
Main Features
- High-Efficiency Antibacterial Rate: Contains high-efficiency antibacterial agents like silver ion antibacterial agents, zinc ion antibacterial agents, and titanium dioxide antibacterial agents, with an antibacterial rate of over 99.9% and a sterilization grade of 0.
- Weather Resistance: No toxic effects, no discoloration, no corrosion, and no aging effects.
- Antibacterial Durability: Antibacterial agents are chemically combined with the base material molecules at the molecular level, making the antibacterial effect durable and not diminished due to washing and rubbing.
- High-Temperature Resistance: The antibacterial agent can withstand temperatures up to 360°C.
- Excellent Process Compatibility: The antibacterial agent is evenly distributed in the base material matrix and has good compatibility with the basic material properties.
Applications
Suitable for antibacterial masterbatch, plastic products, antibacterial yarns, and antibacterial fibers. It can be used for plastic products, plastic resins, textiles, and chemical fiber fields.
Usage Method
- Easily Absorbs Moisture: Before use, pre-dry the product at 105°C for 2 hours to ensure it meets the production process requirements.
- Additive Ratio: Add proportionally and mix evenly according to needs without changing the original production process of the product.
- Addition Amount: According to the weight of the base material, add 5% masterbatch.
Packaging
Use reinforced composite material packaging.
Transportation
Follow general transportation principles. During transportation, protect from sunlight and rain, and keep packaging intact. Avoid contact with iron materials, which should be protected from moisture.
Storage
- Store in a dry, cool, ventilated indoor environment and avoid heat sources and corrosive substances.
- Store in an airtight package. The storage period is two years under suitable storage conditions.
